West Chin Architect / FTF design studio is seeking an intermediate architectural interior designer with a minimum of 3-5 years. Applicant must be able to create and develop modern environments and objects at all scales, and in a variety of mediums. APPLICANT MUST BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN – WRITTEN AND SPOKEN, AND WILLING TO TRAVEL TO TAIWAN 6-12 TIMES IN CALENDAR YEAR AND FAMILIAR WITH TRADITIONAL TAIWANESE MEASURING UNITS.
West Chin Architect is an energetic published, modern Architecture and Interior Design Firm, specializing in high end residential projects seeking an enthusiastic, passionate designer.
• Must be proficient in ACAD, MS OFFICE. Adobe suite + 3D programs a plus.
• Applicant must be experienced from schematic design thru construction document stages and construction administration.
• Must be experienced in shop drawing review and coordination with engineers.
• Must be well spoken, diplomatic with multi tasking abilities
• Must be interested and resourceful in new materials and modern details and well versed in residential finishes
• Must be well versed in interior architecture / construction / client dynamics
• Must have modern residential experience;
